PRICING - All attorney fees are firm quotes provided
in writing for services estimated at the time of engagement and are
guaranteed for 30 days. Changes by client after engagement may result
in additional fees. Every client receives a free consultation, free
4-point analysis, patentability analysis and floating timelines when
appropriate. The below estimates represent the fees for small entities
(individuals and companies with employees, customarily quoted to our
clients in need of Intellectual Property services.
(Client is responsible for all
government fees, Technical drawing fees and a flat "miscellaneous" fee
to cover all incidentals not included, unless otherwise noted.)

the preparation of a Utility Patent Application if the "Search
