I never thought of myself as an inventor. A few years ago, out of frustration, I came up with an idea to create underwear that would prevent lines from showing through pants and eliminate the ugly waistband from bulging out when bending down. I had no clue what to do with this idea that was in my head. I started my research on the Internet and contacted different law firms to try and figure out what was the next step. Those other law firms mailed me their introduction packages, but there was no one easily accessible to answer my questions. However one day I found Steven B. Leavitt's Internet site and decided to call. I actually got a friendly voice on the telephone telling me it was perfectly normal to feel overwhelmed with my idea. Since then the whole team has always been there for me, encouraging me along the way with different ideas on how to launch my product.
I was surprised recently when the office of Steven Leavitt launched their weekly radio show on www.wsradio.com and invited me as their guest. They have positioned themselves to help their clients get their products noticed. When you are a struggling inventor like me, any free publicity is extremely appreciated!
My overall experience with the Law Office of Steven Leavitt has been a terrific one. Many of the terms used in the patent process were unfamiliar to me and confusing, but the team at the law offices of Steven Leavitt were exceptional in explaining to me, in everyday terms, what everything meant. It has been an interesting learning process
I highly recommend the Law Office of Steven B. Leavitt for all of your intellectual property protection needs. Upon hiring this law firm you will have a strong team working in your favor to get protection at very reasonable rates.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.

Steve Leavitt, Esquire currently serves in the capacity of my "patent attorney" having
prepared and filed over half a dozen preliminary patent applications and one full utility patent on my behalf with the United States Patent & Trade Office during the last two
years.
During this time period, I have found Steve's services to be invaluable. He is an
exemplary attorney who is uniquely suited to work in the area of intellectual property
protection. At every available opportunity, Steve's work and service has exceeded my
expectations by a large margin. In addition to being a naturally gregarious individual with
a talent for explaining complex legal jargon to the lay public, his talents as patent
attorney are second to none. I consider myself lucky to be represented by Attorney
Leavitt insomuch as he has duly looked out for and protected my intellectual property interests with enthusiasm and zeal. Hit attention to minutiae and detail goes far beyond
the scope and service of other professionals in his field. For these reasons, I have
continued to maintain my attorney-client relationship with Steve in spite of the distance
in geography between us.
Without any hesitation I would highly recommend Steve as counsel to any individual
or corporate entity seeking to protect their intellectual
property. I am confident that despite the recent growth
of his practice that Steve will continue to provide both myself
and all of his clients with the best possible legal representation
in the area of intellectual property protections and I am
equally sure that I will continue to retain his services for
as long as I require such representation.
