We are bound by the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct and the United States Patent and Trademark Office Rules of Ethics.
FREE INVENTION REGISTRY
Registering your invention will not provide patent protection, but doing so may help you prove that you were the first inventor. Also, we encourage you to keep a journal using a source of paper that cannot be replaced, such as a bound notebook or laboratory notebook. You should always write in pen, date, label and record all your entries. This information might end up being the most crucial evidence of when you created invention.
After you fill out and submit the "Free 4-point patent analysis form", the disclosure of your invention will automatically be added to our Free Invention Registry.
In addition, you will receive an e-mail reply and we suggest you have the e-mail reply witnessed and notarized. We will retain a copy for our records that will be dated by our server. Please remember that the more information you include in the disclosure, the more your invention will be protected.
